1st Meal prep of 2017


I completed my first meal prep of the new year. Here is the recipe for the chicken, tomatoes, green beans. 

I have boiled eggs, turkey sausage for breakfast. Apples and caramel for snacks, along with protein shakes too. 


I’m slowly getting my life together!! I won’t be as obsessed like I was in Dallas because I need balance in my life. I do plan to eat a lot healthier than I have over the last 4 months and work out as well! I just have to join a gym. I’m debating about the time I want to go. I hate waking up at 5am but I’m also tired after work. So basically I need to stop making excuses. 

Next week will be half the carbs for this week. I have about 1/2 cup of rice in each meal. I’m going to wean myself off of them because 1) I’m not a nice person when I have a hunger headache or missed meal cramps 2) I love my job and need to keep it.
