Love BScott reports that Fantasia has postponed her All Lives Matter concert. The concert was had Anthony Hamilton, John P. Kee on the line up.
Fanny and her hubby defend their concert in this video.
She also posted this statement on her Facebook page.
“I understand that our people are still in poverty and we’re not getting certain things that we deserve. I understand that, but the only way we’re going to get it is not through tearing up buildings,” she said while sitting next to husband. “Two thousand years ago, Jesus ended the debate on which lives matter. He died for all us. All of us. Martin Luther King stood for love and unity for all people. United we stand, divided we fall. Let’s all stand together. So black lives matter, yes they do. All lives matter.”
She has since turned off the comments on her Instagram page because people were letting her have it.
I don’t blame them. She has no business hosting an concert to support that “movement.”
I don’t understand black people that “support” All Lives Matter. Not when we are being oppressed daily, killed by law enforcement and dealing with systematic racism.
Fantasia is on my list with Jerry Rice, Charles Barkley, Don King, Omarosa and Cam Newton.
